Shaping
Use the TransformX sequence appropriate for your system:
- ET system: For .04/.06 taper workflows
- PT system: For progressive taper workflows
Finishing
Complete the preparation with final apical sizing as needed.
Key Principles
Irrigate → Recapitulate → Re-irrigate
Between each file:
- Irrigate thoroughly
- Recapitulate with a small hand file
- Re-irrigate before the next rotary file
This sequence ensures debris removal and reduces the risk of blockage or ledging.
