Bulk Order Tables

A clearer SG ordering layout for larger distributor requests.

These tables are designed for larger line-count orders. Each row is one SKU, each quantity field updates the same SG request, and the summary stays compact rather than expanding into repeated product cards.

Order sheet logic is live across all three systems:
